Had to change Dentist after over 15 years of traveling to the Dallas metroplex _ today was my 1st appointment at Smiley and they're extremely efficient and timely with my new patient process, ex-rays, cleaning and a quick dental procedure with a willingness to go for their lunch 5 minutes late, was in and out within an hour and 5 minutes _ Exceptional customer service, quality in my cleaning and procedure as a new patient- would give 10 stars if it was an option _ thank you as I've been nervous having to change my doctor's.

Absolutely Horrible! Went in to have 2 teeth removed. When I got home I noticed they took out the wrong problem tooth, they took a good tooth instead. Called them crying my eyes out and they said basically who cares. Talked to the front and Doctor.

I like going to Smiley Dental on Kemp. Im always terrified of going to the dentist. (Previous dental traumatic event- unprofessional dentist) but I'm comfortable going here. I miss Dr.Kay. But the new dentist here is knowledgeable warm and efficient.

Great people working to perform excellent services. Scheduling is quick to complete last minute crunch in the year to use funding in FSA. I greatly appreciate their expertise.

Brought my 4 boys here for teeth cleaning and the staff were very nice and explained everything every step of the way , my 8 yr old is autistic and the staff were very patient and helpful making sure his experience was positive. Will definitely be coming back for sure.😊😊😊
