Smiles Pediatric Dental Care

My child always has a great experience. Never had a problem w/ anything thus far wasn’t expecting a totally different staff since we’ve been there. Everyone was nice & professional thank you very much very helpful overall my child had her issues but no complaints.

My experience on this day, the first time is very pleasant. I look my daughter and she was taken care of and updated was giving to us on important information. They are pleasant and supportive and show respect . This seems like a nice place to start dental work for children. Thank you great staff!

Let me first start by saying my children have been coming here for years. I think it's awesome they will see your child until 21, made it easy for my oldest child. The dentists and hygienists have always been top tier, now the finance staff is a different story, especially the manager they currently have. She's actually the reason I decided yesterday to remove my child from the practice. My children have been coming for about a decade and we have been satisfied, but one person can alter your experience. This woman lacks customer service skills and should not be customer facing at all. I will not detail the interaction, but I will say at this age I'm not dealing with anyone or anything that raises my blood pressure and/of cortisol levels. The clinical staff is very good. However, the front desk is sub par not very welcoming and just doesn’t give positive vibes that a pediatric office should have. The attitude was not as pleasant as expected when I tried to explain about my next appointment. The office needs a fresh coat of paint in the waiting area and some new furniture. It looks old, worn, and outdated. Old video game system that doesn’t work is an eye sore. They just need to refresh the waiting area and get more friendly front desk staff.

They call me and canceled my son appointment 40 minutes before our scheduled appointment and gave me another one for 1:30 the next day I arrived 25 minutes before the appointment and was not seen for over a hour and a half. The team that work on the kids are superb. The front desk staff needs customer service classes. And fact that they canceled the original appointment was crazy.
