She is great! What started as a urgent care visit turned into Dr. Gumbs being my primary doctor. She has patience, listens and doesnt rush you. She makes you feel so comfortable and very easy to talk to. As a matter of fact my family goes to her. The office is clean and a very relaxing atmosphere. Very easy to get in touch with when you have a issue or just need a refill. I highly recommend her. She is the best!!

I had a very nice reception with the team and Dr. Gumbs herself. I was referred by my cousin. Have to do my kids academic physicals and there were a lot of the forms given I got confused but she had the time to select the needed ones we had to do. I love Dr Gumbs. She’s so informative. Whatever the case me be she always let you know your options. She’ll let you know what she recommends and also certain side effects. She’s also caring. I usually get my annual physical the top of the year in January. The first thing she always ask is how was your new year, how was your holidays, and how is the family? And I never have to wait for an appointment. There are times I may schedule an appointment and get seen on that very day.

I always have a great experience with Mrs. Shavonne Gumbs as my healthcare provider. She’s professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns.
