First Medical Associates

My appointment was at 11:30am, I arrived 30 mins early as instructed since I was a new patient. I was seen and out the door by 11:34am. They have a lab in the same office, which was convenient. I was seen by Dr. Tylisa. She was nice and thorough. The phlebotomists made blook work fast and painless.

First Medical Associates (Bowie) is a super friendly, very professional and fast Primary Care clinic. Dr. Chella is fantastic, respectful and knowledgeable and NP Lambert is professional, skilled and extremely affable. The front desk staff is beyond helpful & infectiously courteous. I’m grateful to all the folks here working hard to provide exceptional patient care! I’m glad I found such a great Primary Care facility in close proximity to me!

Doctor Challa was excellent. Her staff was weird. They did reply when spoked to at first and the on assistant was having a bad day. It was like she did not want to be there. No conversation at all whatsoever. The lady that drew my blood was very pleasant and conversational. Overall, it was a good visit.

All is well here as a new patient,first visit. Great location. Friendly and courteous staff. Dr.Chella was just what I was looking for in a PCP. I appreciated her demeanor, soft spoken, professional and courteous. She asked questions and she listens. I’m so glad I kept looking until I found her.
