Smiles On Main

Dr. Patel is amazing! The hygienists always do a very thorough job cleaning. Moved away from Alpharetta 10 years ago, but still make the trek to Smiles on Main twice a year. Never try to upsell, but do give nice tips and tricks on how to improve oral hygiene.

I have been going to Dentists that I can remember for 40 years. Dr. Patel replaced 2 old filings that I read were dangerous and could leak and cause Cancer. He replaced them quickly, painlessly and they seem perfect. The absolutely best dental experience ever. Thanks to the whole staff.

I love this dentist and his staff! They're always very friendly, knowledgeable, and are willing to work with me as much as possible. There's lots of friendly conversations to put me at ease, and they treat me like a human not as a source of profit. They're really great!

Horrible Dentistry and customer service. The dentist rush through service, has NO personality nor a High standards in dentistry. I knew when I walked in I should have turned around and walked out. I was to have my teeth cleaned and the hygienist stopped and stated she would complete the service on my next visit because of her next appointment. I also had a temporary crown done and was told the day of my appointment that the permanent crown was not made and that I owed more money. I paid out of pocket and also my insurance paid it's projected amount and the dentist has now tacked on more money and haven't completed the initial work he has started.I am totally dissatisfied all around and hate that I ever walked into that place!

Haven't had anything major done, but the dental tech/hygienist was great, no problems with fillings or anything. Never any problems with billing / insurance. I'm used to being in closed-off rooms, so the open area treatment areas are a little unnerving, but you get used to it.
