Smiles of Waterbury

My experience with Dr. Suvika Kapur at Smiles of Waterbury was genuinely awful. She never introduced herself, handled me extremely roughly, and made no effort to explain anything she was doing. Her attitude was rude not just toward me, but even toward her own assistant, and she rushed through the entire appointment. The way she treated me made me feel disrespected and unwelcome, and the whole interaction left a very bad impression. I’m not sure if she does not like black or hispanic people, the only positive thing I can say is that the rest of the staff were polite and accommodating, but that does not make up for how poorly I was treated by the doctor. I’m not one to complain or write reviews on places but based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend seeing her.

Called Wednesday due to having tooth pain for the first time in my life. Receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, got me a same day appointment due to a cancellation. Filled out the paperwork and was seen quickly after that. Everybody was helpful and had good bedside manner, from the rad tech to the hygienist and the dentist. Also good parking and right off highland avenue.

I had an appointment 11/25/24 for a cleaning, followed by Dr. Gallo I have to report that i was completely let down with this office visit. The doctors behavior was disheartening and allowed me to feel like I was invisible and not important at all . The doctors behavior was as though he was not working with a human being . He never introduced himself , infact my back was facing the door and he just walked in pushed the button for the seat to go back and i got shocked and scared when i was forced backwards without acknowledgment of his presence . He then proceeded to put his hands in my mouth to check my teeth without telling me what he was going to do . He barley touched my teeth . He NEVER said a word to me . When he was finished he stood up and left room with out any direction or men

I'm so glad I found this dental office!! Everyone was professional and friendly! I was very nervous for my procedure. They showed concern and had an opening and got me in the same day. Dr. Virmani was awesome and he was funny! I will be referring everyone there!

After moving from New York, I found Smiles of Waterbury and I couldn’t be more pleased with their services. They are friendly, professional, and provide me with the proper care I need for my dental needs. I recently had a tooth extraction from an infection, and Dr. Virmani, Jennifer, and his team eased my worries and provided me with a smooth procedure. I truly appreciate their work, which is why I’ve referred my family and friends to this practice as well.
