This place needs to be avoided at any cost. I wish there was a negative than one positive star to be honest. My daughter had an appointment for braces removal which was conflicting with a school test. We spoke with their front desk person named Terry regarding the situation to see if we can reschedule to another time or later that day. Terry was immediately dismissive of the situation and more interested in telling us that we have to pay a $75 charge if we miss the appointment. This establishment practices bait and switch, the last time we were told cancelation fee was $25 but now $75. It seems, cancellation fee is based on circumstances. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Gilbert and his team. From day one, they made us feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. The office is welcoming, the staff is kind and professional, and the results exceeded our expectations. The kids’ smiles look amazing, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’m very disappointed with the level of professionalism at this office. During my most recent visit, the front desk staff member named Terry was rude and dismissive in her tone and communication. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I experienced this a similar issue happened on my last visit, which made me decide to end treatment here altogether. To make things worse, the fees changed from 25$ to 75 $ without clear explanation, and the interaction was handled with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. The dishonest fee practices and front desk are unfortunate because the actual services were fine, but the front desk experience ruined the overall impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because no patient should be treated this way.

The doctors here are fantastic and really care about their patients. Everything is clearly explained during the contract signing and the front desk staff is super helpful with scheduling and always flexible.
