I only went to this place cause it was close and they accepted medicad. They had new owners so i went to get mine and my sons teethed cleaned. WE ALL GOT LETTERS SAYING THE NEW THINGS MEDICAD NOW PAYS FOR!!! . I get an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and i even called before hand they said you can get them cleaned by medicad you have to make an appointment to get it approved. I went in and the dentist right off hand says YOUR INSURANCE Doesn’t Cover this. Its gonna be 600$. I said no i called and got a letter they do. He said hold on ill go ask. He said yea they do and let me examine and take more x rays to get you approved. He was pissed so he literally stabbed my gums under my took with that pick and said OHHH in a sarcastic way i was in so much pain i wanted to walk out . He fi

I brought my 3 kids here in October 2020. They are all teens and have their own opinions. All three felt that they were rushed. I was told that my 18 year old needed 3 fillings and a root canal. They told him that he needed to do it ASAP. We went and got a second opinion on the root canal. It turns out he does “not” need it at all! Plus he only had one cavity, not 3! One might say, how do I know that the new dentist isn’t wrong. Well, my son hasn’t had any pain, takes really good care of his teeth, and the new dentist had pretty good reviews compared to Smiles. Aside from that, the new dentist knew that Smiles recommended a root canal. If they were in it for the money, (ahem) kinda what I am thinking Smiles is, they would have charged us and done it.
