Genoa Pharmacy

My now 81yr old mom has been coming to Genoa Pharmacy at the Redford location for a while. We have experienced what real customer care feels like. Pharmacist Tricia has been the same since we've been coming. She's been very respectful, informative about medications, and you can tell she cares about people. Some years ago I wasn't feeling well, so my mom went to pick up her prescription. Tricia was trying to explain some important side affects regarding a new medication. My mom didn't understand, so she walked her to the car, with an umbrella while it was pouring down raining to explain to me about the medicine. I couldn't believe that a busy Pharmacist would do something like that. This is not the 1st time she's went over and beyond, but this is truly an unforgettable one. Like the other

I've been with Genoa for over 5 years. They are an amazing pharmacy, truly wonderful. The staff there are very knowledgeable and polite. When interacting with them on a personal level, you are left with the sense that they honestly value your concerns and are people who know and take their craft seriously. They will do as much as is in their power to accommodate you to make sure you comfortably achieve service. I've never had any problems with them. They will even mail your prescription to your home if you prefer. They go out of their way to make you feel like not just a valued consumer but a valued person, too. Very personable, helpful, know customers by name . Love it . Would never go anywhere else. Pharmacist Trish is awesome. They help with all the little frustrating stuff like insurance problems if they arise, and always know what to do, or what I need to do to straighten something out . Never just turned away without any idea why. They are great at Redford genoa! Cannot say enough. Sincerely. Thank you all.

Definitely recommend this pharmacy for all your needs! Very professional and you never have to wait hours for your prescription(s) to be filled. Mine are filled within 15-20 mins 90% of the time. A couple times the most I waited was a half hour but that was the longest ever
