Doctors Urgent Care Redford - Best Urgent Care & Telemedicine

Staff is very friendly. Waiting room is messy but seat was comfy. They offer free water and coffee but no cups. Air vent on ceiling in exam room was super dusty. All that being said I like the doctor so much that I would go back there she's very thorough and friendly and thoughtful.

Short waiting time. Nice staff very confident in attending to me as a patient. The Dr. was very informational on my condition. When I left there I was well versed on the next steps for my treatment plan for the next week.

Always reliable when choosing where to go! First and always go to The best urgent care literally they deserve that name. Even tho I wasn’t feeling well the nurse E.S. She made me laugh and treated me very well. I appreciate yall service quick too.

The office was clean and conveniently located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. The staff was friendly, the service was fast and efficient. They were very informative, thorough with treatment, and addressed all of our concerns. They took care of us in less than an hour. Our medication was waiting to be picked up at the pharmacy when we arrived shortly after leaving the office. Now that's what I call urgent care!

They absolutely Rock fast caring services they really care about their patients here. I need my seizure medication refilled but I came in my blood pressure was thru the roof I was transferred to the hospital I really appreciate the fact she didn’t just let me walk out with a refill she stopped a stroke or a possible heart attack
