Smiles by the Bay have been supporting my family's orthodontics for many years and I have we have been very satisfied. Recently, I was challenged when trying to get a replacement retainer. It was very frustrating, but in the end management worked with me to help solve the issue. Orthodonitcs can be a stressful for both kids and parents, so if you do run into challenges and don't feel you are being heard - I'd encourage you to ask for your request to be escalated.

They so rude people had no idea what they talking about it doc Mary is so nasty she not greeting with parents just makes money from insurance she doing cleaning and my son had bleeding on his mouth and she not calling anyone to do suction it’s totally disgusting and the front desk lady she is a liar big time….. don’t waste your time there’s also if someone had emergency they not resecdule the appointments because they want to make money for no reason …

Two of my kids needed braces, and the Smiles By the Bay team delivered beautifully! Everyone was friendly, collaborative, and transparent when it came to navigating the process, and the offices are clean and cozy.
