The best dental practice in every aspect. I’ve been a patient there for about nine years, and have experienced exceptional service, care and kindness with every interaction. When I had an emergency they worked me in, even though they were fully booked, and gave me a crown that they made in house. And there was zero pain involved . In addition to being a fantastic dentist, Dr. Shields is also a wonderful and warm person — everyone there is warm and friendly and helpful. The office is immaculate, decorated nicely, has lots of windows which provide good natural light, and the air is clean and fresh with the help of quality air purifiers. Outstanding experience with Dr. Shields and her entire team. As a holistic health coach, I take pride in every aspect of my health, including my teeth - and finding a biological dentist who aligns with my values is incredibly important. The entire staff is thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to explain what they are doing and why. They create a calm, supportive environment and you can truly feel how much they prioritize patient well-being. I have been waiting to write this review until my full treatment plan was completed. What an AMAZING office!! About a year ago I started listening to podcasts and educating myself on biological dentistry and it just made so much sense to me. I had been a little stalled on my health journey and started to understand a lot of root cause health problems can start in the mouth but are most likely hidden. I came across this office at the beginning of the year and was blown away. My initial visit was an 1.5 hours of basically gathering information and taking pictures and images. I was so excited to get the 3D Cone Beam scan bc I heard this is how they really can evaluate the health. My follow up and treatment appointment was with Diana. We love this dental practice the Drs and hygienists and all staff are amazing. It is efficiently and professionally run with a family feel! Highly recommend, we drive 40 minutes and pass 100 dental offices on our way but would never go anywhere else!

My hygienist today was excellent. She accommodated my cold sensitive teeth by using warm water. When she was finished with my cleaning she spent a few minutes giving me some tips on cleaning my teeth extra well that I hadn’t thought of. She was friendly and took the time to explain things as she went along.
