I never write reviews but I do read them! We found Dr. Connor’s through recommendations for a lip tie revision. Dr. Connors was so welcoming, so personable, and kind to my kids. The entire office staff is wonderful from the front desk, to the hygienists, to the doctors (going and coming) - they acted as though my 3 year old was a VIP and called her by her name which was awesome to have her feel welcome when she was a tag along for her little sisters appointment. We’re sad we found her so late, but we met Dr. Chloe who is also wonderful! Would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for your kids.

Used to love this place. The dentist was always nice to my kids. But something happened with our insurance where we ended up being billed $300+. Instead of trying to fight it (which I should have just done that) I was paying it back over time. I made the last payment months ago. Now I’m being harassed through email. I sent proof from the bank showing that I paid it. And still being harassed. Insane. Blessing in disguise though because we found somewhere so much better!

I would like to share my experience with Dr. Connors' practice. Initially, I was very pleased with the care my daughters received and I even referred two other families to the practice. However, my opinion changed last summer when I had to take a day off work to take my daughters to their annual appointment. Unfortunately, the appointment was cancelled a few days prior and I was unable to change my vacation day. After rescheduling, we encountered traffic on our way to the appointment. I called the office Ashly at the front desk to inform them of our potential lateness that if we were more than ten minutes late, we would not be seen. Unfortunately, we arrived twelve minutes late and were not accepted, despite our efforts to make it on time. We were disappointed and confused, and my daughter

I have brought my daughter here since she was 3 and she is now 12. We absolutely love Dr. Connors and all of the staff. My daughter is never nervous going to the dentist which makes my life a lot easier. When she was 4 she had to have oral surgery and again, Dr. Connors was truly amazing. If any of my friends are looking for a dentist for their children I send them here. The Dentist is traumatic for just about everyone but when you have a place like this the anxiety goes away. We recently visited Connors Pediatric Center for my son's first visit to the dentist - ever. The waiting room was very kid-friendly and the staff and doctors were all so kind - even took the time to explain to him what they would do - that he said he wants to be going there every day! We were both extremely happy with the experience and will recommend Dr. Connors in a heartbeat!!!
