Very clean and efficient office. Our consult was quick and painless. Both the front desk Admin and dental assistant was knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Dr. Chiu was thorough in their explanation, but most importantly connected with my daughter as the patient and ensured she understood the procedure and options available before we move forward. We look forward to our next visit for my daughter’s braces.

Just met with Dr Smith for the first time and he completely amazed me and my 15 yr old daughter (the patient)with his kindness and commitment to what is best for the teeth . She had a tough visit regarding her teeth/braces. He made her comfortable and reassured her the entire time. We both walked away saying how much we loved him and happy he is a part of this practice now..So lucky to have him at Bay state orthodontist .

Great experience with Dr. Chiu and staff! Being an adult and getting braces for the second time in my life was a difficult choice. But the staff at Bay State Orthodontics made the experience great. They are understanding and kind and I felt at ease with them. They are a great team and I would recommend them to anyone. I am so happy with my smile and my decision to have braces here!

My braces came off today after a year and my teeth are great. What a transformation. Dr Chiu is fantastic both in skill and personality and the entire staff takes her lead. I highly recommend Bay State to both young and mature.
