This is by far the worst dental experience my family has ever experienced. We have never been nervous to go to a dentist appointment but now there’s a fear of whether something else will go wrong every time you have an appointment scheduled. My sister went in for a simple filling a couple months ago and as routine as that procedure should be, a tool broke in her tooth and they had to cut her gum to retrieve the broken tool. Then about a week ago, a piece of her tooth broke off while she was flossing. their response was that the bond failed and that’s “totally normal”. After a year a bond shouldn’t be failing. That’s your mediocre dental work failing. Then they never followed up with her about when the tool BROKE in her mouth, just sent her a bill for that. They never checked in after her T

I was very disappointed with how I was released from the dental office. I was in the chair for 2 hours to get one tooth out and because the other one wouldn’t come out fast enough I was sent to an orthodontist. I was in very bad pain the nurse informed the dentist to give something Because of the pain I was in and she totally ignored her and paid no attention to me. It was very concerning, and I was charged to pull 2 teeth and she only pulled one. I will writer to my insurance company about this. When I went to the orthodontist there were some more of smile HQ patients getting serviced that felt the same way. DISAPPOINTING!!!! I visited SmileHQ today for a cleaning. The front desk was very helpful, the office was clean, and the staff was friendly. The Dr addressed all my concerns and was fast with the review. The hygienist was easy on my gums and the cleaning was amazingly fast.

I would prefer to have continuity with the staff - hygienists and dentists. We have been going here for a few years now since our former family dentist closed his office. We have never seen the same staff twice when we go every 6 months. Usually the dental professionals are pretty good, but today I did not have a good experience with the dentist. The rest of the staff were sympathetic but the dentist quickly exited the room with no apology or explanation when I told her to stop my cleaning. It was unnecessarily painful especially when the hydro-ultrasonic scaler repeatedly slipped onto my gums.

Emily took care of me today. A very polite and welcoming person. I was upset about some things and somehow she made me forget about what I had going on lol. She also did a great job on my teeth. I hope she sticks around!’
