Well after I was a patient of theirs for many years I had left for a while due to insurance changes and now I tried to get daughters set up with them as a first time patient with their approved insurance and they denied access to care for my two teenage daughters......why you ask? Well apparently back in 2020 during the pandemic I had missed some appointments and so they have deemed my whole family ineligible to be seen by the doctor however here is the kicker... my husband is an active patient with them sooo when I asked how is it he can be seen by them when they want to hold a grudge against my whole family for just my experience in 2020. I think that is absurd especially after just telling her I did all the insurance work to switch them over to her and after explaining I'd been a patie

I’m a new with anxiety; they reassured me as well as used calm voices, and staff/dentist was kind towards my financial situation and so extremely supportive of my needs. I am so grateful to find them!

My husband had a appt for deep cleanings where they gave him a relaxer so he needed a driver due to meds. He miss the day of work and I did as well to drive home. The interpreter did not show and an hr and 15 min after waiting they decided to cancel the appt

Everyone there is extremely friendly. I'm not experiencing what the other reviews have to say. My billing is correct. Smilecare staff were willing to reschedule when my anxiety acted up. I'm really glad I found this place. When I communicate my needs, they listen. Treat people with respect, and you'll get that back. I highly recommend.

Good experiences here so far, only downfall is time to get in! Place is super clean and very friendly.
