Frontier Dermatology (Keizer)

I changed dermatologist because I was not happy with being just a quick patient review and minimal treatment. I was given the name of a physicians assistant. I have had positions assistance before in prior areas that I’ve lived. I’ve always been able to trust them. So when I went in for my first experience with Joel James, a physicians assistant, I was immediately happy with the response. He was cordial, he was professional, and he asked questions as he examined me that showed real depth of understanding of what I might be going through. He made appropriate observations that resonated with past observations. The office staff from Morgan at the desk to the assistance, supply proper name. Were absolutely excellent. They had to do a biopsy. She gave me the routine spiel about what to expect.

Joel and his crew are so awesome and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable and very welcomed. I highly recommend them.

Dr James and staff were wonderful today, my first visit. They are all professional and attentive. Dr. James is kind and not judgemental, he is respectful and very helpful! 1 star off because I was told to be there at 8:10 & the nurse or assistant took me at 8:45 or something & Dr. James came in at 9:10. Yeeks, I work, people. 😐

Frontier Dermatology is a great place! The staff are nice and prompt. I really like the online scheduling feature they use. I’ll be going here for all my dermatology needs.

Smooth appointment with great customer service. Everything was explained from start to finish and I was entertained by the large touch screen with lots of information.
