Gentle Dental Keizer Station

This general dent was so much nicer than the West Salem one last week. West Salem telling me i needed some work not covered by the crap insurance I got (4 low low price of 1200$). Went & got second opinion at keizer & a specialist & his assist told me I didn't need other stuff. Sweet. Forgot their names but these 2 dentist/assist r only at keizer local on Tuesday's fyi. I appreciate those 2; thank u. I can pay mortgage now ;)

Flora made the whole difference for me at my visit! I was in a very tough situation and with her help I was able to get my kids and I taken care off! She was very understanding and helped wherever she could! We need more people like her in this world. The dentist and dental assistant were quick and very nice giving me lots of information about my situation.

I do not recommend Gentle Dental. They are literally scheduling months out for necessary care. In February, I was told the nearest appointment was May, and then they canceled that on their end and asked me to reschedule. The next time I was told was available (still asking in February) was October. They also do not offer emergency appointments and you’re required to sit and wait in their office for someone to cancel or no show if you do need to be seen that day, which is incredibly inconvenient for anyone with work or other commitments. I was told it might be a few minutes of wait time or a few hours. I will be seeking care elsewhere. Also, it was more expensive than other dentists my family has gone to, even with insurance.

This place is a joke. They removed my teeth last year with no dentures made yet. It's been over a year of multiple appts for dentures. The ones they gave me have got to be for another person because they don't even fit in my mouth. Like my mouth cannot close because the teeth are so big. I asked for them to start over and make me new ones that are at least usable and they practically refused. Telling me why would I want them to make them again if they did such a bag job to begin with. And my insurance won't pay for another set to be made. They literally destroyed my entire life. Don't come here for your dental work. They are beyond disrespectful, completely unprofessional and just plain cruel. I'm disgusted with the staff, even the receptionists are rude and have zero people skills.

I'm a disabled senior with PTSD I have been going to this office for over 7 years. Each time I have had a appointment I would take my PTSD SERVICE DOG with me. I was in there about 3 weeks ago and no problem. I had another appointment on Tuesday this week no problem. Now today I was informed that they would let me be seen today. They won't let me bring my service dog with me again. My PTSD SERVICE DOG IS A 6 POUND CHIHUAHUA.
