You could feel the connection between all of them, they enjoy working there. The appointment was not long, I was not expecting to get my braces the same day but I did. Max time there 2hr.. She was kind patient and made sure I understood everything every step of the way. Her energy made the entire visit comfortable and stress free. Dr. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing. I felt confident and reassured knowing I was in great hands. The entire office runs smoothly and the staff truly cares about their patients. Dr Richard is a wonderful orthodontist! He is very thorough in his explanation of the treatment plan. My plan (adult) had to be adjusted a couple of times, including my retainer type. He took his time to ensure that the treatment was what in my best interest and long term. I'm very happy with my choice!

I am a new client and the atmosphere at this establishment is very welcoming! Lashaon is energetic and makes you feel very comfortable in the chair, Dr. Richard I can say is also the same. The facility is nice, up to date, and clean.

The hospitality genuinely surprised me so much. Super friendly people that make you feel good and at ease even though it was my first appointment.
