After an entire year of tooth pain and visiting multiple different dentists who never fully addressed my problem, Terri Baarstad was the first one to actually offer a solution and get me the appropriate referral for an Endodontist. Finally I am pain free. I also had developed a deep cavity that she was able to fix and hopefully avoid another root canal. She is really great at helping preserve your teeth but also at determining when additional treatment really is necessary. The three other dentists I saw just kept adjusting my bite or night guard when what I really needed was a root canal and crown. Dr Jessica & her staff at the Spfld office are the BEST. Because my teeth are super sensitive, I developed massive dental anxiety over the years. They took time to discuss ways we could make my visits more comfortable, doing everything possible to maximize my having positive experiences at each visit. Teri at the desk, who greets you so warmly, Tasha the Hygenist with the most gentle hands on tender teeth, and Dr Jessica herself, who really listens and never invalidates your lived experience, but seeks to understand and find solutions that work for each individual person. Go here and be treated as a whole person, not just a mouthful of teeth.

Within a few minutes after visiting with Dr. Baarstad, she exceeded my expectations with her professionalism, knowledge and making a new patient feel comfortable and spending time explaining everything. As for the staff, they are all very kind and supportive and helpful. I don’t do surveys very often but I felt like they should all be commended for being so kind.
