I hate to leave this review because I have been coming to this location for years and I always referred others because they are reasonably priced and always did good work in my opinion… this is why I gave 3 stars because it isn’t all bad. The only issue I had was recently.. I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance and it was for this past Saturday 02/07/26 at 10am. First I get a message to confirm for 1pm and I called and told them no my appointment isn’t at 1 but at 9:30 and 10am for my husband and I.. the girl tells me they had to change my time due to them being closed the week before because of the storm and they had to schedule those people who couldn’t come cause they was closed. That had NOTHING to do with me. The right way would have been to schedule them around the already

The Smile with ConfiDent is horrible place to go. Their staff has very little communication as of service. When asking questions about your dental work, they do not know how to explain it in a proper way. Scheduling appointment is use by a WhatsApp to confirm your appointment via regular text or call. I highly recommend not to use this dental company. Matter of fact this company is not worth a full one star.

Horrible! I went to get a service provided thinking they were going to get it done same day. They ended up doing an exam and adding on all these things I need to get done other than fixing what I came to request for. They did nothing but charged me a service I did not ask for and recommended me to go somewhere else and to come back. I asked for my deposit and they did not return it. Very unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing? They don’t want to refund my deposit FOR A SERVICE I DID NOT ASK FOR!!!! The lady who is in charge of booking is very inconsiderate. I asked to speak to someone in hr and called them 7 times and never picked up the phone. DO NOT COME HERE. I will end up suing them if I don’t get my deposit back.

The one positive is that it appeared to be clean. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NOTHING ELSE IN THE WORLD TO DO! When I made my appointment I said I wanted my six month dental cleaning. At the time of my appointment I waited an hour before being called into an exam room, then 20 mins later my dental x-rays were taken. I waited and waited for the doctor and I truly thought a hygienist was coming to clean my teeth. Finally, I decided I had enough and got up to leave when suddenly the doctor appears. She examines my teeth and tells me the hygienist isn't even there and I need to make a second appointment to get my teeth cleaned!! I was there two hours! No apologies for wasting my time; everyone had a non-caring, "so what?" kind of attitude. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Wish I read the reviews before my first appointment visit! Money hungry. I went in for an extraction of back chipped tooth and willing to pay whatever. When I got there I filled out forms, paid $60 copay, got sprayed down (COVID-style) but the emphasis was on my insurance! It’s seems to be all they want to serve. Urgent care is out of the question. However, I received a bill for $120 for Xrays and $120 Comprehensive Evaluation. That's $240 Total And I NEVER GOT MY TOOTH EXTRACTION!!! I feel this place is a complete RIP-OFF!!!
