The woman dentist I saw today was amazing. She answered all my questions and was honest with me the whole time. I highly recommend going there.

I been coming to this office for a lots of years with my family. I like the front desk girls Frida and Denise because they always welcome you with a smile. Joaquin is very kind, makes me and my family feel comfortable when coming to the dentist. Dr. Jani is so professional because she listens to your questions and concerns and explains every treatment in detail. I highly recommend this office.

I’ve gone to First Family Dental for years without a single issue but they recently stopped accepting my insurance. I decided to give SmileTown Dental a try but unfortunately I was completely disgusted and dissatisfied. Their cleanliness is severely lacking. We’re talking floors that haven’t been mopped in years, dirty and torn chairs, dusty equipment used for people’s mouths, and I could go on. I had already been told that I have a cavity that I needed to get filled by my previous dentist and I came in because I was experiencing tooth pain (probably my own fault for waiting so long). Regardless, this dentist advised that there was nothing wrong with my teeth. After that, I lost complete confidence in this practice and decided to leave my appointment without finishing. I would like to start off by saying the staff is absolutely amazing here and they are so nice and accommodating. It’s the main dentist I have an issue with. She’s actually awful, She feels like she’s rushing through everything, And genuinely hates her job. The reason I’m leaving one star review is because I have a very busy schedule and the staff is always accommodating to make sure an appointment that fits my schedule. It happened multiple times that they have called me days before my appointment saying that the dentist is going on vacation and needs to move my schedule around. I finally got fed up and I’m leaving this office now because this is unacceptable. You should not be taking appointments on days you plan on going out of town and then changing last second and if you have an appoin

Worst experience Ever!! I made an appointment last minute and staff was very kind to accommodate me . i told them specifically I just needed one service and that was very important . And I told the schedulers in advance I am going to be late because I am coming from work and she said it was fine ! Soon as I got there a very nice staff took me in took Xrays did some basic checking and called a female Indian doctor. The doctor did some basic inspections and asked me if I wanted some other stuff done to my teeth as well and I refused . Then she told me she could fix my teeth but not today because it takes 30 min and she has other patients waiting !!! Like I couldn’t freaking believe it .
