I’ve been putting off this review as I got my braces removed years ago but the experience I had unfortunately will last me a lifetime as my teeth will never be the same. I got my braces on when I was a teenager and removed in my early adulthood. My treatment wasn’t finished when I got them removed Dr. Venn told me that my root had shrunk and in a year or so I can see maybe a possibility of getting my braces back on but for now I wouldn’t be able to continue treatment. My bottom teeth were never completed and I naively said yes to taking them off because I thought the root resorption affected both top and bottom (my front top tooth was the one with resorption not the bottom). I was never explained what root resorption was, looking back I don’t even think the word “resorption” left his mouth

Both of my sons had their braces applied here, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made both boys feel comfortable and at ease. The entire process was smooth, and the team took the time to explain everything clearly. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care with a welcoming atmosphere.

I have been very pleased with my service here! Dr. Venn is amazing and has the most pleasant personality. Simone, Sonya and Cherese are soo friendly and keep you laughing. They are knowledgeable and answer all questions. Keep up the good work!
