Smile Straight Orthodontics - Midland

We’ve had an amazing experience at Smile Straight Orthodontics- Midland ! The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and great with kids. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made my child feel comfortable and confident at every visit. The office is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them to any family!

Andromeda was our treatment coordinator for my daughter’s initial visit for braces. She was very helpful and kind. Answered all of questions and helped us get in a payment plan that worked best for our family. Highly recommend Smile Straight for ortho needs. My son is almost done with his ortho treatment plan as well, pleasant experiences for all of his visits as well.

Although the office is nice and the people are friendly they are quick to take your money and give you excuses for not processing your refund. My daughter got braces in August and because of family issues and not having insurance anymore, they needed to be removed which happened in November. We only had two appointments, one to put on and another to take off. I was told it would take a month for a refund, we are now at two months. I have called at least five times to get an update and they keep telling me that they are waiting on the insurance payment before they can refund any money. I have explained that we do not have insurance anymore and to subtract it from my refund. I was told that they can’t do that and they are waiting on a $10 insurance claim! They said another month or so to

Today I got my braces and I’m very happy with them, everything went smooth. I want to think Julie for everything, very nice and kept a good conversation going to make the process easy and smooth.

Andromeda trickey is a very sweet and loving person I love how she was so patience and understanding with me and explained everything so amazing. Thank you to everyone here. Highly recommend anyone to come for braces.
