Love Dr Kumar and the practice overall. The practice is very friendly and accommodating. I’ve been coming to smile RX for several years and I’m always happy with the level of care. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the staff are nice. However I have never gone to a dentist where the water sprayer (ultrasonic scaler) didn’t work. My teeth were cleaned without water! I had to swallow several times and felt disgusted. She literally uses the metal tools and the suction only. I ended up having to come back to get a filling and again no water sprayer. They have blue cling wrap on at least 2 dental sinks denoting they’re out of order (I’m assuming and I don’t know how many chairs they have). This dental does appear to help those without dental insurance and her customers are very grateful. Guess I’ll have to go back to my old dentist …
