I had two caps replaced by Dr. Irina today. Before having this done, I had a consultation with her and she spent a huge amount of time going over the details in full, which is something that no other dentist had ever done with me. I am more than pleased with the work that was done. She had the caps made out of the best materials possible and it was very evident that she had them done at a top quality laboratory . The fit n look was perfect. She didn’t need to make any adjustments to them which also is also something new and amazing to me. The bite felt perfect from the moment she put them in and when I left there, they actually felt like my own teeth. I’ve been terrified of dentist my whole life and one of the reason I don’t usually go for my dental cleaning. I’m so glad i fall into Dr. Irina’s hands. She made sure to calm my anxiety and make feel very comfortable and put me at ease. I would definitely recommend my closest friends and family members any-day. I’ve been going to Dr. Irena for years but my insurance changed and haven’t gone back for sometime. Finally I have insurance that the lovely Dr. Irena accepts so I called to make an appointment. I had spoke with the receptionist and gave ALL of my updated information and the appointment was set. I called regarding my appointment and the receptionist stated my appointment passed and I missed it. So I asked why didn’t anyone make contact to confirm. She stated that they did and that they called several times. So I asked if I can hear the number on file she stated that number and it was incorrect.
