PM Pediatric Urgent Care

We had such a wonderful experience at PM Pediatrics Urgent Care. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was warm, professional, and efficient. The office was clean, organized, and very kid-friendly, which immediately put me at ease as a parent. The provider was incredibly thorough, patient, and kind. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan before we left. I never felt rushed, and my child was treated with such compassion and care. The wait time was minimal, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. My second time visiting and I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care for both myself and my son. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff, from the nurses to the doctor, made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. Everyone was professional, kind, and attentive, making what could have been a stressful visit much easier. A special shout-out to Nicole at the front desk! She was extremely accommodating and was the first to make us feel at ease. Highly recommend this urgent care for anyone looking for compassionate and friendly care.

PM Pediatric Urgent Care was a great experience for us. The staff was kind, patient, and very welcoming to my child. The provider took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my child was comfortable the entire visit. The wait time was reasonable, and the office was clean and kid-friendly. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism and would definitely recommend them to other parents.

I checked the PM Pediatrics website and it stated that there was little to no wait time to see a doctor the day I came to the office. I did not make an appointment. There was one adult and her daughter in the office when I came in with my son. I filled out the information requested and waited. It was a little longer than I usually wait. I believe I was waiting about 30 minutes. My son and I were finally called into an examination room and we waited there for another 15-20 minutes. A nurse practitioner saw my son and stated that the pain he was feeling was probably muscular and advised he take Motrin. She gave him the Motrin and he said he felt better about 2-3 hours later. The doctor, nurse, and front desk staff are excellent. Front desk let us sit in the car to wait and called us when seat was open (less than 10 mins). Nurse took us in quickly and did all the prep work well. And doctor was quick, efficient, and got my daughter the care she needed. Great staff and service. Thank you!
