Dentist and assistant were amazing! Front desk staff (female) was extremely unprofessional continuously speaking about clients, billing, and personally talking about me by name while I was still in the waiting room. A few tips: keep a professional environment and close front desk window keeping all patient confidentiality safe and secure. During business hours keep your banter to yourself and be respectful and professional as you are there to do your job. Don’t speak openly about people by name and money they owe etc especially when you have patients in rooms and airing room overhearing. Don’t talk about how patients are heavily medication and releasing mental illness information to everyone in the waiting room. Last tip don’t talk crap about a customer not being 100% they are still in the

Office staff are friendly and insurance knowledgeable. Thorough cleaning without pain from a personable and professional hygienist. Dentist carefully reviewed my teeth/xrays and offered reasonable treatment plan. I am very satisfied thus far.

DONT GO TO SMILE HAVEN!! went in for wisdom teeth removal a couple months back, they were extremely unprofessional and just plain out rude. not one of the staff members in the whole building showed any type of emotion towards customers. i was about to get my wisdom teeth done, im sitting there obviously really nervous and im asking all kinds of questions about the procedure, i either just got completely ignored or they would say something along the lines of “it shouldn’t last too long” they proceeded to give me novocaine to get ready, i stressed that it wasn’t done good enough atleast 5 times but they didn’t care. when they got to my top left wisdom tooth i start screaming in pain because they didn’t numb the area enough, and they sit there and got the audacity to say “be quiet, this is wh

I have been a patron of Smile Haven for a few years, and I must say that the ambiance is inviting and comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to undergo a tooth extraction, but Dr. Vu and his assistant displayed extreme kindness and gentleness throughout the procedure. They ensured that I remained calm and relaxed, explaining each step beforehand and checking on my well-being multiple times. My family and I have been coming here for years, and we highly recommend Smile Haven. It is a 5-star establishment, and we are confident that you will have a similar experience. Do not recommend this place at all if you have any kind of family. I had 4 appointments scheduled with Smile Haven and missed 1 due to a family emergency the day before and explained the situation to the “manager” i called them again the next day to reschedule and they had rudely told me they dismissed me as a patient due to me missing the appointment. Then waited over a week and had to call back multiple times just to get my dental records emailed to me. Don’t waste your time here, there’s a couple much better dentists in Terryville.
