CVS Pharmacy

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Auto fill doesn't work. I have a heart medication that hasnt been filled for over a month. It's a month late..it seems like every time I go there they don't have my prescription. If I could give it zero stars I would.

We recently moved here, and had our prescriptions transferred here. 6 months in, they still have not had any ready on time. We have auto refill. They apparently ignore this fact. I have had to call just about every time. I picked up a prescription today, that said online prescription was last filled 2 days ago. I left a message. No reply. I went to the store and inquired. I was told it would be an hour. I explained my situation, and was asked to have a seat. I said I’m fine standing right at counter, and will wait. Took them about 10 minutes. This will be our last time there. Nothing but frustration.

Why am I not surprised the store has a 2.7 ! Do not bring your prescriptions to this pharmacy! The staff at the pharmacy is the rudest and most incompetent people you will ever encounter. Not to mention they will literally have you coming back and forth to the store to get your prescriptions telling you come back in 20 minutes and then looking at you like you have five heads when you come back and whole 24 hours later to get your script. They will never take accountability they will never apologize for their mistake and if you assert yourself, And tell them of your dissatisfaction they will call the police on you and have you removed from the store with a false narrative. (But they have cameras so not to worry, let them lie)
