I drive almost an hour just because I love this office so much. Came there on a whim 15 years ago and never looked back. Dr. Nickens is the most gentle human on this planet. I almost fall asleep everytime I'm there. Great place for kids who are unsure about the dentist. 5 stars for me.

We have only high praise for Dr. Nickens and the staff of Smile Designs of Lititz ! The routine dental care we receive is provided in a professional but relaxed, patient focused setting at competitive cost. Hygienist Justina is knowledgeable, gentle and thorough. From recent experiences scheduling appointments through Krista , we had peace of mind knowing if an unexpected dental problem occurs we will have access to high quality and compassionate care.

I have extreme fear and anxiety when it comes to getting any dental work done and the entire staff at Smile Designs is absolutely so kind and understanding. Dr Nickens never hurries anything or puts any pressure on you. He explains everything and takes time with each and every person. You can tell that these individuals at this office love what they do, but also love the patients that come to their office.
