Called to try to get my son in for an emergency appointment bc he cracked a molar that was a known bad tooth that smile designers knew about and refused to do anything about bc it was a baby tooth, was told that we would be on a cancellation list. Never heard back and went to dinosaur dental and got in same day where they pulled 2 teeth and filled 5 cavities and they couldn't believe smile designers left his teeth in this condition considering he was seen by them a week prior for his routine cleaning and check up. This office has gone down hill massively since the passing of their other dentist.

Fine if you just need a cleaning and exam. If you have an emergency though they will not fix it unless they do that first and then come back another day. Been here in the past for basics, called today about a broken tooth and was told they would need an exam and cleaning first, then they could schedule a appointment to fix at a later date. Was told it couldn't be on the same day period. The fact that it's an emergency and I'm in pain mattered not. This place obviously cares about money and not patients.
