I really like this doctor, she does a great job at listening to my concerns and addresses them appropriately. She seems to really care when it comes to her patients and I love that about her. She also knows what she's doing when it comes to her profession, so I always know that I'm well taken care of with her. All around I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist. Jennifer is top of the line and she doesn't just see you as a number, she treats you like a human being who has feelings and that's hard to come by now a days. 5 stars 🌟

Jennifer has always followed through with what we talk about. That’s a very big deal to me I know when she says something it will happen. The nurses arnt incredibly friendly not the receptionists they are usually fine I just felt anxious last time I was there with the nurse I felt like I wasn’t answering her questions like she wanted me to. Then it seemed like she had to dumb things down for me i could tell with how she was reforming her questions with me but my experience with Jennifer has been acceptable.

Nice facility, easy to find, pleasant staff. FNP Jennifer Shattuck diagnosed a scalp problem I had and prescribed two ointments and a treatment regimen to remedy the problem. She and her LPN got my scripts to my pharmacy electronically and set up a follow-up appointment. Very pleased with the care I received!

Jennifer Shattuck was kind, professional, thorough and knowledgeable regarding the reason for my visit. Although I was nervous, she put my fears at ease and explained everything. She was very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable.
