Smile Design Sebring

I like love smile Design, They are very nice and care about your concerns, The Dr makes sure everything is to your satisfaction and I appreciate that. They are very helpful! I would recommend them absolutely.!

I’ve been told about Smile Design in Sebring by a friend of mine and I’m so glad she recommended Smile Design. I was greeted by Ally the receptionist with a welcome and smile given the necessary paperwork to fill out afterwards was explained what the procedure was. I was treated professionally with what and how the insurance was by Kara and was taken care of by Dr. Ordehi. All was explained clearly to me. The hygienist Alina is the BEST she has patience and she also explains what needs to be done she is thee BEST! This is in my opinion a great place to go 😀

My mother came to this office with high expectations and left disappointed. On December 16, 2025, she was quoted a price for a procedure, agreed to it, and signed documentation confirming that amount. The paperwork clearly states the price was valid for 30 days. When she returned just three weeks later on January 6, 2026, she was told the cost had increased by $1,200. Despite having signed paperwork, the Office Manager refused to honor the original price, citing a “new year rate increase.” Changing a signed agreement within the stated validity period is unacceptable. Due to this unfair practice, I will no longer be offering this business my service. This experience was unprofessional and raises serious concerns about transparency and integrity.

This experience took a turn for the worst. My insurance was billed prior to the work being done that they billed for. They were paid in advance and now they have refused to perform work they were prepaid to do. The dentist failed to provide services in a professional manner, instead tried to rush a procedure I was not informed about. She failed to introduce herself, or explain the plan for my dental needs, including preparation of my teeth for a partial denture. I had cavities, bone loss and bad teeth in need of repair and/or removal prior to any procedure to place in a partial. I guess she didn't know or understand these facts. I explained my needs in advance of her arrival at the chair, but she didn't seem to understand or communicate well. Instead, she slammed down whatever she was hold

I have had 2 visits, both were disappointing. 1st visit. Hygienist informed me I had early gum disease (never been told this by any other dentist), and therefore had to do extensive treatment. Even tho I had dental insurance, it wound up costing me about $400 out of pocket. Most recent visit, I now have a primary AND secondary insurance, and still had to pay $60 out of pocket due to an uncovered procedure that I was told was "not optional."
