I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Paolo Incampo and the entire team at Smile Design Charleston. Dr. Incampo helped remedy a major dental issue that was unfortunately caused by another dental professional just a few years ago, and the difference in care, expertise, and attention to detail was immediately clear. From the very first visit, Dr. Incampo took the time to thoroughly explain the situation, outline a clear plan, and make sure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. I had issues with crowns and veneers on my upper front teeth. They were very old and wouldn't stay on. I found Dr.Incampo and his wonderful staff by pure luck, being new in Charleston. Melanie at the front desk got me in quickly. She's very friendly. Haley, the very capable and caring assistant got me comfortably situated. Once I met Dr. Incampo, I knew I had made the right choice in choosing this practice. He recommended treatment options and once I decided, I had a temporary bridge in place within days. It looks and feels 100% better than what I walked in with. And this is just the temp! I can't say enough about this practice. It's very nice to feel that the people taking care of me are truly happy that I'm there.

The reception desk young ladies were pleasant and welcoming. An the Doctor and his assistant were professional and caring! Which put my mind at ease. I went to Smile Design of Charleston to have a previous root canal checked due to some pain. The original root canal was done by another dentist several years ago, and this was my first visit to the office. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was different—they truly treat you like family.
