After not going to a dentist for over 7 years, I was pleasantly surprised. Both the office staff & medical team made me fell at ease & soon I knew I was going to be in good hands. Took their time and showed/explained all the treatments & costs. If I could give them a 10, I certainly would.

Love this office! They make you feel welcome and more like a family than just another number waiting to be called on. I'm really glad I chose this Dentist! Dr. Angel Rosado Mencia is the best!

I was met with a disrespectful attitude and a lack of flexibility. As a working individual, unexpected appointment changes and poor communication cause me to lose valuable time from work. This situation could have been avoided with better customer service, understanding, and professionalism from the front office staff. I value the dental care I receive, but the ongoing issues with scheduling and staff conduct have been frustrating and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve communication, courtesy, and support for patients when making or adjusting appointments. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a more positive and respectful experience in the future whenever I find a more suitable place to visit. Thank you

I am writing to share a concern regarding my recent visit. During my procedure, a representative entered the room and stated aloud that I did not have insurance. I informed her that I do, and she then walked away. It was later confirmed that I did, in fact, have active insurance on file, as I had already updated my information. I understand that administrative issues can happen; however, the manner in which this was addressed—announced publicly during my procedure without first verifying the information privately—made me feel uncomfortable, disappointed, and upset. As a patient, I value discretion and respectful communication, especially in a clinical setting. I have a horrible fear of going to the dentist. This goes back to my childhood. I just had a tooth extracted at Smile Design Clermont From the minute I walked in the door and shared my fear it was taken away The staff made me feel so comfortable ahd the dentist talked to me about the procedure. Showed me the images of the tooth that needed to be removed. First class gentle and caring. No pain. If you are a scaredy cat go here
