The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. I tried to explain I missed my appointment due to no confirmation being sent email, text, phone call nothing. She yelled at me and stated “I called the wrong dental office” which I didn’t. Told me she will be taking me off the schedule and hung up on me. I hate leaving reviews but you should work on your customer service skills dealing with patients. If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on us.

Dr seok is incredible. He is extremely kind and professional. whenever I visit he made the whole process stress free. it is the only dentist I trust.
