First time at this office. Walking in the office is beautiful. Wonderful front desk staff members waiting to take your information and greet you with a smile. The assistant Amy was top-notch very patient very friendly made. My mother-in-law feel very comfortable and explained everything very well. Then comes to the doctor, he was One of the best. Very patient very confident, very understanding took his time explained everything went over a ton of options and don’t push anything on us .. was real .

I had my teeth cleaned with Tracy today and she was professional and did a great job. I've had a few cleanings with her before and she's always willing to explain and show better ways of cleaning my teeth. I've been a patient since 2018 and I love this practice. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Plus my appointments always start on time. I can't recommend them enough

tracy was absolutely amazing! I hateeeee the dentist but she made me feel calm and explained everything she was doing and the reason for it! After the cleaning Dr Shin came in and he was also very nice and made me feel calm and explained what i needed to so next (i have an infection in my tooth) and he made me feel calm about moving forward with a plan. Also Lauri who talked me into coming and set everything up for me was fantastic!!! Love the office

I came here for the first time this week. There were so many people that wanted appointments the day after the weekend and the snow storm, but they fit me in! I needed an emergency appt due to dental pain from a bad experience at another dentist. They took their time and figured out the issues. They provided options without being pushy. And what I really loved was that they EXPLAINED exactly what was going on and how what they did would help. And it absolutely did help! I would trust them with any needed dental work. They’re thoughtful, and understand dental anxiety, they are also very precise and they do great quality work, which really does make a difference I learned.

First time going here. Called late in the day with a broken tooth. Were able to fit me right in. Everyone was exceptional from the front desk all the way up to Dr Patel. Shout out to Laurie and Katie who were great and took care of me.
