Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Langhorne

Ummmm….. I completely love this place!!! And that’s an understatement. I come in any time as soon as I walk through the doors it is always clean,mask are always available. Check in is the fastest and easiest I have ever come across. The ladies at the front all of them are freaking amazing, super nice always smiling and friendly it makes me feel welcome. They move quick I’m never in this place for long. The staff in the back well at least every one I have encountered super nice, great attitude. Now to the physicians absolutely respect them they are straight forward and tell you what you need to know and what you need to do to better your self like them all. I am truly thinking about switching my insurance just to start a primary dr there as of now I’m at the age 39 that I should be going to

The Patient First team is amazing. They are very polite, attentive, and transparent. I came here for myself and now for my toddler son. The ladies at the front desk are SO nice and patient. The nurses and doctors are great as well. I appreciate the customer service more than they will ever know.

We use patient first in Langhorne for many years! What about two weeks ago? My husband really wasn’t feeling well! And we really didn’t want to go sit in the ER for some hours since it was a Monday. We knew that they would be overcrowded! I called one of the local ER to see what the weight was and they said it was very very long over six hours! So we had to patient first cause we’ve always been treated well there. We we do our Registration thank you called to give all of our insurance information, etc.! We also waited in the waiting room for about 35 minutes before being called because they were very crowded! Let me get to the desk to register with our insurance they inform us That my husband had a past balance from last year! I explained that that was an insurance that we don’t have anymo

Thank goodness I choose this urgent care, they were incredibly helpful, professional, friendly and supportive. The best part is that they were efficient and answered all my questions. It was great to be able to get the necessary medication for my allergic reaction. I highly recommend it.

I have came to this location a few times and had a great experience but this time really stood out. I walked in, I registered and went to sit down because there were several people in front of me, but I guess you all have level system of who goes back next to see the doctor because I went right back. I really feel like the doctors listen to concerns every time I come here. I do not have a primary care physician and found out I can register this location as my primary physician, and that’s just what I did when I got home. I think everyone is very nice and caring here.
