I've known Dr. Rodney and her team for over a decade. They are THE BEST in dental advances, professionalism, efficiency, and most importantly, putting the patient first. I feel very cared for after a difficult situation (ongoing pre- Dr. Rodney). Dr. Rodney and her team took my concerns very seriously taking every detail into consideration. She's a very special person and a gifted dentist!

I have been going to Smile Charlotte for over 30 years and would not change for anything. From the receptionists to my dental hygienist, Angela, and the main component Dr. Rodney, I could not ask for better care. They take their time and always work with me on the best solution for each of my different issues. I have had to call at lunch where a front tooth fell out and was asked if I could be there within 2 hours, fixed it and on my way. That's service and caring. I can't tell you all the stories, all I can say is they are the BEST hands down.

Dr Rodney spends the time needed to address any concerns and is very professional. Kalyn is the best hygienist I've ever had. Very pleasant, detailed and meticulous. Recommend 10 of 10!

Very professional, thorough, easy to schedule (or even reschedule), on time and friendly. I was able to get some extra work done right after my cleaning without having scheduled it. They always outline the treatment options and costs are given up front with no pressure. Love the results too!
