SMILE-BRIGHT DENTAL LABORATORY

Seems to be too hard for them to match the "gum" line to my real teeth. Also, the tooth used is too short. I got my new Partial in at SOS and Smile Bright has fixed the small tooth and gum line issue. I did have to pay for a new partial as they did not change the tooth color as previously requested. When i pointed it out, I was told by SOS that I had to pay for a new partial to get it corrected even though it was their error because the teeth had been set already. This has been such a frustrating process. I think both of these issues could have been avoided if SOS and Smile Bright shared, "in the process" client pics so the lab could see the actual fitting and know how to do it best.
