The man who pulled my back tooth was calm & I enjoyed the laughing gas. However, I think he could've saved my tooth in all honesty. I haven't went back, because they were telling me all these things I needed to get done but I'm not one who likes go to go to the dentist back to back. I need time to heal & constantly having different people in my face & mouth is not ideal. I had my left side's cavities drilled out by the woman who's the dentist there & she seemed kind but I did not tell her shave down my mamelons & she took it upon herself to do so. Having those ridges in my teeth actually gave them their length & now my smile looks a bit wop-sided. I already have teeth insecurities due to dental fluorosis on my two front teeth. I think in the future they should ask if it's okay to do things

I have terrible health anxiety/OCD but Dr. Shelton and Angela handled it patiently and sympathetically. They will listen to your concerns and go at a pace you can handle and overall, display a 10/10 level of professionalism and friendliness. You can tell they really care about their patients. More affordable than other practices, and procedures are pretty much painless (had root canal and fillings done). Probably the most comfortable i’ve been at a dental office.

The service and care received at Smile Arts Dental is always top tier. I am thoroughly satisfied as a patient and for my kiddo! I’d for sure recommend to others.

Best experience I ever had with a dentist or dental work. Super down to earth. I had partials made. Loosing the tooth in front was pretty emotional. But they worked me through it and gave a me a great smile!!

I am very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I had multiple fillings done, and within a short time they have already fallen out. When I contacted the office to address the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do. I found this response very frustrating and unprofessional, especially given that dental work should last far longer and be supported by proper follow-up care. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before my visit had I done so, I would have chosen differently. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office. I expected better quality, accountability, and concern for patient satisfaction.
