My husband and I have gone to Dr. Balaban for many years. He is a wonderful dentist. He can make crowns in the same day with a very accurate scanner, and he can give a shot without any pain. I highly recommend him.

I called and the answering service said they would call back AND THEY DID!!! Not only did they call me back, but it was in a timely manner. Nobody ever calls me back! Well I guess I can't say that anymore! They couldn't even take my insurance, but the professionalism alone is worth 5 stars in my book. The guy on the other end of the phone was also very friendly and had tons of patience for me and my terrible hearing. Good group, I say, deserves at the very very least your consideration. Dr. Balaban and his staff are absolutely wonderful. He is extremely gentle and kind. He has responded quickly to the many “dental emergencies” I have had. I definitely would recommend him and his office staff to anyone that needs dental work done or even just for routine dental work. He has the skills, technology and experience to deal with most issues and has made me many crowns and implants right in his office. Smile Arts Dental makes me feel like family.

He does everything to make you feel comfortable during the entire experience. His staff is always professional. They care about what they do and the patient's experience.

Beautiful office, clean and inviting. Warm, friendly, caring staff. They explain everything and are very understanding. They even have a special accessible entrance near the blue parking spots if you need that like me. Absolutely recommend Smile Arts for any family member!
