LOVE LOVE LOVE smartherapy. I have been coming to smart therapy since my son was 4 years old and now his brother that is 2 years is attending now. I have been here since the previous staff members to the current members. the staff are kind, sweet to the children, and they know every child that comes through the door. the staff are well mannered and professional to the upmost. Samantha is the supervisor. she has been there for awhile, she is very passionate and caring to all the parents and the childrens that attend. she will make sure that your needs are meet with the staff and the therapist. Absolutely terrible, I've had confirmed appointment dates changed without my knowledge 3 times. My son has been with SmarTherapy for almost 2 and half months. Each time he goes, he has a brand new therapist. Each therapist starts from square one because its their first time with him. So every single time I pick my son up I'm told he's 'good at drawing circles and lines'. They have done nothing but waste our time. The front desk girls take no type of accountability for the scheduling errors and the one with glasses, sorry i don't know her name, is extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and take your child somewhere else.

If I could give no stars I would. My child was supposed to be a transfer from a different office, I sent over all previous medical records and the previous therapist's evaluation which was done late Jan 2024. After I sent it they told me their ST needed to do their own evaluation. I said cool no worries when can you see us. I set up an evaluation that took place on 3.12.2024 at 330pm. They had called and texted us to arrive early to fill out documents. I arrived at 2:50 pm and still was not seen until about 4:30 pm. I was like okay things happen no worries. We began the evaluation and the therapist came to the same conclusion that the last one wrote in our evaluation that was given to them.
