She really listens and takes a whole-body approach to treatment. I’ve been to many physiotherapy clinics in the area over the past 10 years, but since meeting Jeff Vajay and the team at Smart Athlete, I only go to them. They don’t just cover my physio needs—I also go there for strength and conditioning as a weekend warrior athlete. I routinely get dry needling and have also tried their Smart Wave therapy, both of which have helped a lot. I’ve built a great relationship with Jeff, but what really stands out is that I trust anyone on the team. Jeff is awesome! I am a 63 year old who has played tennis for over 50 years and also play competitive pickleball. He really helped me understand what was going on in my back and why I was having back pain in the left side of my lower back. He devised an exercise routine tailored to help with this issue and also did dry needling. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable.
