I am thrilled with “ Smart Arches in” Media Pennsylvania.. . Dr. Theis and his staff are terrific. From the beginning a staff member named Kia, stood out in the freezing cold, snowy weather to help direct me to their building, which is set back off of route 202.. Dr. Theis is very patient, caring and warm. It was clear from the beginning that his primary goal was to see that I am happy.. He is exceptionally patient! No amount of effort has been spared by him, thus far, to have his lab create many trial teeth so that he and I can decide that i I am comfortable with the appearance and comfort. . Even as I approach the end, Dr. Theis, with no hesitation, is going to have his lab create another set of arches with the color that I “think I would like,” : even though holding up a SAMPLE

I had been told I was not a candidate for implants, so when I went to Smart Arches in Media, I was not expecting them to be able to help me. Not only was I able to get implants, they made the entire experience seamless. They explained the entire process, set expectations, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. They clearly spelled out the costs, worked with my insurance and gave me payment options. From the team that greeted me, to each and every person who guided me through the process I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism.
