The best assisted stretch I’ve ever had! I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience with Jenn at Kinetic. Before coming here, I was dealing with lower back tightness and poor flexibility that was impacting my workouts and daily life. From the very first session, Jenn was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to my concerns. She explained why I was feeling certain pain and how their targeted stretching would help. The stretches are intense in the best way possible—you feel the tension melt away safely. This is a wonderful place for Physical Therapy. I have been super fortunate to work with Dr. Elliott. He listens to my concerns and has a great plan. My arm is healing and becoming stronger. The facility is wonderful and clean. Everybody is so friendly. The brain teasers are fun. It is such a supportive environment. I highly recommend Kinetic!
