Horrible Horrible Horrible We arrived 10min early for my son's appointment. There was only 1 family waiting mother/son. I signed in. Shortly after families with multiple children showed up. They allow these mom's with 4 kids or more have the same appt times!!! They went back and after 1hr15 min of waiting I walked out. Next time I'll bring 5 kids with me then maybe my son can be seen.

Now we had peachcare insurance for a while...... We left small smiles and was seen for a couple years at another dentist... My wife can't stand small smiles...but I made the appointment against my wife choice and I set the appointment at 7:30.. woke them up at 6:00 did the paperwork online for all 3 we changed insurance company .. I got 3 text for confirmation for all 3 3 set of paperwork....but not 1 text to cancel my appointment I thought I could bring my new cards cause I checked within network..... All Military Families should avoid this place... there are better places in Augusta

I came in at 4:45 pm to pick up grandson form for school. And the lady going to ask me what am I doing here ,cause she’s getting ready to leave at 5. Ma’am I don’t mean no harm but can I get my grandson form you have a whole 15 minutes before you go home…..rude at the top of line

If I could give a negative star I definitely would. They are the absolute worse! I’ve spent thousands on my son’s braces and full services was not rendered because they no longer and an orthodontist. Multiple times my children apt was rescheduled due to their staffing and lack of communication. Staff is rude and unprofessional on top of it all it freakin stinks in there! I don’t recommend nobody going here.

I thought this place was excellent while I had peachstate however once I got bluecross blueshield they refused to bill my insurance even though they have dentists in-network. I've been fighting with them since Sept 27, 2024 to bill my primary and secondary insurance. I suggest you avoid this place.
