Couldn't be more frustrated. Wife has Mohs Surgery on her hand. Did not heal well. Pay another $50 for a FOLLOW UP which was not scheduled due to issues but as part of the process. Turns out it is infected. They prescribe some medication which she begins to take. Days later, they leave a voice mail that it is STAFF infection and prescribes another medication. No explanation. No way to call them back or talk to a human. Is she supposed to stop the other stuff, take both, who knows. I guess we have to just go pick it up and pay for it and hope there are instructions not only for this new medication but whether or not she should discontinue the other stuff. She has left multiple messages. No return calls. An hour ago she called the EMERGENCY number in hopes to get more information.

Sign for this, sign for that, sign for this... Never showing you what you are signing for! I don't see how this can be legal. Either you sign when we tell you to or we refuse to treat you is known as coercion!

Drove 1 hour , kid missed school and has something tragic like alopecia an was 20 min late cuz I was a little confused on which is pavilion 1 or 2. These incompetent ppl told me sorry you will have to reschedule. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The doctor looked right at my rash (that's been treated in several other states) and said she couldn't see it. The rash covers all four limbs and not once before or since has a doctor claimed it was invisible!

The doctor was over 2 hours behind and they don’t care to contact their patients to at least give them a heads up or to reschedule. Majority of the staff left for the day as I was still sitting in the waiting room an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment. I asked why didn’t they care about their patients or their time and they said “we just don’t call to reschedule.” I had to leave work early and use PTO to make this appointment just to be stuck sitting here. Also, a few months ago I needed blood work done for a new medication. Went to Quest, no paperwork there. Called the office 3 times. No response. Had to drive to the office and wait to get the paperwork that they should have already sent over. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen.
