Zero stars for this facility. The moment you walk in, the smell is overwhelming — like a urine-soaked, moldy basement. The building is extremely understaffed, and there is no welcoming presence at the front. It honestly feels as though anyone could wander into a resident’s room unnoticed. I came to visit a loved one and was deeply upset by the poor upkeep and lack of attentive care. During my visit, I witnessed a patient call for assistance and wait 53 minutes without anyone responding. When a nurse finally entered the room, she rolled her eyes, walked out, and did not return for another 29 minutes. That level of disregard is unacceptable. Healthcare facilities should be places of compassion, urgency, and professionalism. Residents deserve positive, attentive caregivers — not staff who

The second floor staff has been extremely disappointing. They are clearly understaffed, and it shows in the level of care patients are receiving. Phones often go unanswered, and the call button for assistance is frequently ignored. There is very little empathy shown toward patients who are in pain or simply need basic help. I have a friend who has been there for almost three weeks and has only received one shower the entire time. When she needs assistance, she often has to ask me or another relative to call the nurses’ desk because no one responds to her calls for help. That should never be necessary for someone who is supposed to be under professional care. Place was clean. Staff greeted me with a smile. Noticed one nurse asleep at the Nurse's station. I enjoyed the visit with my sister even though she complained of 3 recent falls & how the CNA wasnt able to catch her & prevent the falls. She appears to be happy now that she's getting some long overdue PT. So, considering what she had been through recently, a very nice visit on Sunday 11.9.25. Happy that she's in good spirits! 😊 Bernice

understaffed My sister was left unresponsive for (unknown) hours, Horrific Bed Sores, Unkept. Now she is in ICU fighting for her life.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The facility smells like urine an soiled diapers!!! She was admitted to the hospital for 19 days, she was sent back to this place and she had food in her room from 2/6/26, now they found her unresponsive on 2/9/26 so how long was she really unresponsive to have food dated 2/6/26 and now that she is COGNITIVELY IMPAIRED asking her important facts are impossible. She's now partially paralyzed because she was unresponsive for an unknown amount of time. I am beyond upset with what has happened while in your care.

Wouldn't recommend this place for anybody. My sister was left unresponsive. She's in the hospital as of now in the ICU unit with severe bedsores and infections. One nurse broke my sister's phone purposely and refused to replace it! The place is filthy and the nurses are extremely rude. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
