Dr. Joey Nichols is truly an exceptional doctor. His knowledge as both a medical physician and a psychiatrist makes a huge difference. He understands how physical and mental health are deeply connected and treats you as a whole person. He’s kind, patient, and really listens. I never feel rushed, and I always leave appointments feeling heard, supported, and confident in the plan moving forward. It’s rare to find a doctor who is this thoughtful and caring. Been seeing Joey for almost 2 years and I have to say he is the best doctor I have ever been to. Its hard finding a good doctor and I feel lucky to have found one! He responds to my texts with any questions I have about my medication promptly, or for anything else. He goes beyond traditional talk therapy in a very supportive and comfortable environment. He also is great at helping you get reimbursement for insurance.

This is one of the first doctors I have met since childhood, that genuinely cares about the health of his patients and makes wellness the first priority. I've had some situations come up over the last year and Dr. Nichols has been nonjudgmental, helpful and kind.

I appreciate Dr. Nichols for intentionally creating this family-focused practice. Kids and parents can see the same practitioner, and there is space during appointments for him to get to know you without feeling rushed. I also appreciated the modern online tools that made intake and scheduling as easy as possible. I highly recommend!
